Introductions
We want to introduce ourselves to any readers who may not be familiar with Tannenbaum Properties. We are
the Dwyer Family, and my late father-in-law began this business in 1968. We build, sell, and manage high-end homes in the greater Greers Ferry Lake area

The purpose of this blog spot is to keep our current homeowners informed and up-to-date. Naturally, we want to attract newcomers to our area as well. Sufficed to say, if you are interested in this perfect place to live, I will keep you posted!

The NAR (National Association of Realtors) has recently informed us that new incentives offered to banks lending in high cost areas including tax credits up to $8000.
Realtors are currently being told to advise our clients to wait for forclosure sales. Forclosure financing is moredifficult and expensive to find these days than a primary mortgage. (Realtor Magazine, April 09). Lenders such as FHA, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae are being highly scrutinized under the new stimulus package--and higher end lending is encouraged by the Obama administration.
